The DroboCare™ Support program gives you 12 to 36 months of technical support, Advanced Replacement and is renewable annually to protect your Drobo.

Drobo B1200i comes with a fan unit, two power supplies, and controller and expander cards already installed. Having spares for each of these parts is highly recommended in case a part fails.

Drobo Gen 2, Drobo FS, Drobo S, Drobo B1200i come with an external power supply included in the product box. In the event the power supply is no longer working, you can order a replacement from Drobo Store. Please note that the cable connecting the power supply to the power outlet is not included.
