With DroboCare, you receive 12 or 36 months of phone and web support for your technical issues during local business hours. With the standard warranty, technical support is provided for the first 90 days following purchase.

The DroboCare Support program is available if your products are still under standard warranty or currently protected by DroboCare. It can be renewed, one year at a time, as long as the Drobo product you are protecting is still being sold².
